Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my amazing husband JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. I post my daily life: the good, the bad and all between. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. In the age of one quarter I was accepted into my parents. As I knew I could achieve a better future I set out to achieve my goals and make my parents happy. There was a specific plan for me for my life: university, get a job, marry, purchase the house, and then have kids. Though I believed that this was the definition of successful, my life was not following the strategies. The year 2013 was the year I began looking forward to going back to work. job. The money and the status was not bringing me joyIt was as if I had wasted my life away for a paycheck even though I knew I had a destiny. The passion I have for fitness as well as my passion for socializing with others led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. The year 2014 was the year I began my business on the side and in this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. As a Asian female in this industry we are among the many of us. To lead in my field, and to offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving a happier and healthier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to their specific needs and to reach their targets. I am also committed to supporting others so that they can achieve their goals, pursue their dreams and live the life of your dreams. My career exploded as I was enjoying the highest happiness in my entire life. But, my mom passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. In Heaven she now rests after an 8-year battle against the disease known as Scleroderma. But I still carry my Mom with me and dream of her daily. Life really does have the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even if we are unable to comprehend the lesson in this moment. Many ways, my mother's passing changed me. I truly believe she offered me another chance to live through her demise. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. The thing I'm feeling now at the age of 30 is a sense of vitality and awareness. It's as if I am truly living, and not just existing. My goal in telling my story is to let you know that you're not the only one. I would like you to be aware that love exists and that therapy can be regular. Health is your greatest asset. I pray that you live your life to the fullest and end it without regrets, as death is the sole thing promised to all of us during our lives.
